Transformation

Too many businesses think transformation means: “Lift it from the old system… and drop it into the new one.” That’s not erp digital transformation. That’s relocation. With better branding. If you take clunky processes, heroic spreadsheets, Steve from Accounts as the only person who knows how everything works, and a monthly “don’t-touch-that-it-only-works-once” workaround… and rebuild them in shiny new ERP software. Congratulations! You’ve just paid six figures to digitise dysfunction. True ERP transformation project means asking uncomfortable questions: ❔ Why do we do it this way? ❔ Who actually owns this process? ❔ What would this look like if we designed it today? ❔ Should this even exist? It’s not about replicating the past. It’s about redesigning the future. The real ROI doesn’t come from go-live. ✅ It comes from simplification. ✅ From clarity. ✅ From killing spreadsheets (respectfully). And yes, finally deleting that 27-tab “FINAL_v8_REALFINAL.xlsx” file. ERP done right is organisational transformation. Done wrong, it’s just expensive nostalgia. If you're implementing a new system this year, don’t just migrate. Transform. ✉️ Drop me a message/email if you're seeking transformation. ✉️
